He was a good player about 2-3 years ago. Had his day IMO. This club is fugged.

I ve seen him play too, he is very promising yes but it is a massive step from Jersey Flegg and Arrive Alive to First grade.

He played PL with no trouble at all. Carved up actually. Im not saying he is ready for first grade but f*** its not that hard have a look at the kid. He breaks most tackles wheras simmo gets ready to be tackled. IMO you would find simmo not even being able to carve up PL at fullback. Fact. Even wing for that matter!

Believe it or not you brought up a good point poiner. If Bird can do that it shows he has potential/talent. Not any joe blow would do that in PL.

My point is id like to see Simmo in PL so he can compare to those PL players. I seriously doubt he would have the potential to score 5 tries in PL. This would never happen unless he comes back from an injury IMO. For some reason this hack gets immunity every week no matter how bad he plays.
