What a great turn out to support Parramatta on Sunday night, I love seeing so many blue and gold flags.:D

Im so sick of these so called Rugby League supporters from other clubs bagging us for having so many "bandwagon" supporters. We've got one of the strongest supporters in the NRL, we cant help that.

Just cause we got an ordinary crowd when we played the Sharks, but do they ever talk about previous games when we actually got decent crowds. For years our crowds have always averaged well in Sydney.

If a lot of our supporters are bandwagon supporters, we'll theyve been sticking with us for years.

mate i hadn't been to a game for over 5 years due to the fact i moved 6hrs drive away and have a business but i was so happy to see all those blue and gold flags and jersey's at ANZ on sunday, it was a great turn out and the noise when grothe scored is something I'll never forget for the rest of my life.

I think we should share some pics from GF day... The three of us lost our voices keeping the chants going all match and geeing up everyone around us!

I agree with PARRA FAN. I let my ST lapse due to shiftwork so don't make every game but try to get to as many as I can.

It is no coincidence that the 2009 crowd was the biggest since the 2001 GF.

Mate when Ecca scored that try we lost it! My mates beer founds its way all over the girl in front of us who was very happy and turned around for some Parra loving with group hugs! :)

More crying in 2001 because we were gone by half time, but thought the parra chants weren't there all the time when the team needed lifting especially in the first half

I was 1000% more gutted in 2001. Still very happy for the boys performance this year after being spoon contenders mid year. They showed a ton of ticker.

It would be terrific to get all those who wore the blue and gold, painted their faces, and supported the Eels last Sunday to turn up again for the match at Cumberland Oval (aka Parra Stadium) against StGeorge to start the 2010 competition. Wonder if it is possible....????

80,000 into a 22,000 arena? :-k

Maybe they could make a quick renovation extension to the brett kenny stand and extend it the great western highway? :D

I agree.

And it's not just other team's fans who think we have a bandwagon.

Did we sell out Parra Stadium once this year?

Sydney "supporters" of all codes of any sport have a history of being bandwagoners. Melbourne on the other hand are champions!

wasnt the penrith game announced as sold out?

Mind you, some of the rubbish dished up in the first half of the season I can understand why the crowds only came back late in the season.

I reckon we'll sell the saints game out and round 6 will go mighty close (or should!) if all goes to plan...N Hindmarsh passing B Kenny (I think???)
