I just heard that Steve Trindall has accepted a job as the Tigers forwards coach for 3 years rumoured to be payed around $250,000 per year for his expertise.
Lee Murphy was offered a similar deal to coach the backs but rejected the deal as it would take away time from his hobby of being a human turnstile at various sporting facilities. It's believed the Tigers Steve Noyce is now chasing both joel Caine and Lipina Kafusi to share the role.
In other WT news star winger John Hopoate is expected to be announced as the Tigers new NRL official liason officer.

In late developments the Tigers are apparently in talks with Terry Lamb with a view to baa filling the troublesome 5/8 position. They figure he's no slower than Wilson, has 2 arms, one more than Benji currently has and an extra leg compared with Reynolds.
