The infrastructure of the game is different and minimizes typical issues we have with oztag.
just some examples:
1.Reaching across to grab two tags varies from country to country. Some allow, some dont. Tag20, one rule - You can, no matter what.
2.The jumping rule - interpretation of a jump is so bad, it causes so much trouble on the field for players and refs. Tag20 - You can jump!
3. Oztag rules vary from different countries, in NZ there is NZTFI tag and also NZtag - rules vary.
The less variation of rules the better. oztag is so restrictive and boring now - once you try Tag20 tag, its fun, fast and more suitable as the skilling sport for league rather than oztag
