Storm should be used as motivation. As I said before, if not for the storm being in this 5 year era of dominance we may have won a premiership by now (2007 Final, 2009 Grand Final). The drought would be over and we would all be rejoicing. This is not the case. So we need to stand up and make this year count, as it's Nathan's (Cayless) last chance at a premiership.

We have the team in decent shape now, let's start making the most of it starting tonight.
