-If Geyer is smart he'll just catch and pass to his 2 stud centre's. I've been disappointed in the service they've been recieving. They need to get the ball a bit quicker so the defence isnt right on them.

-Crocker back is huge for this team, I get the feeling he's already looked as the leader of the forwards in terms of emotion and agression and we've really missed him.

-Be good to see Cooper take the line on a few times. Been too content to catch and pass.

-Ryan Hoffman needs to step up. Imo been very disappointing and after the games Blair and J-Smith had agianst the Tiger's he must be under pressure.

will be a close game...i dont think storm will win by a big margin....panthers are going good this year and our attack prolly wont be at its best.

I didn't think the Panthers were going that well untill I saw them play last week.

After the first half against Parra I was fairly confident of a Melbourne victory. Now I'm worried to say the least.

Just depends what frame of mind the boys turn up with. If they click they can beat anyone. But they can easily be beaten by anyone if they have the wrong frame of mind.

Well I know two things:

1) Steve Turner absolutely sh*t on us last year or was it the year before?...think it may have been
2) Matt Geyer always manages to play us when he is 5-8 and always kills us.

Storm's backline is still quick and I think the battle between Chris Walker and Lee Hookey will be interesting...both as useless as each other.

I think Storm by 10. Think the backline will be too fast.

Forwards I think we've got you, considering you've got a fair bit of ill-discipline in your forwards.

The results of this match will depend on Cooper Cronk...can he stand up without Hill?

Word from Geyer is that they went pretty well together in pre-season trials as a halves combo.

yeah they did do well looking at match reports etc....but it is only trials. they are up agianst a strong panthers team...and will need to rip up.
