I love hearing about the lower grades. I cant see them very often, living in Thailand.

As a Panther fan, there are two things I'm grateful for. The day Don Feltis said "Gus, we need help" and the day Gus said "Matt, Jim, how do we build the best junior development programme in the world".

I wouldn’t be surprised if they fast tracked Heinz to SG Ball next year. The only position I can’t find a standout player in the lower grades is hooker.
