One advantage in our favour is that the Panthers will have a load of pressure on them to win this game.
Look at what's happened when the Storm, Cows and Donks have had their Origin players out. A few games where they would have won easily but lost. Crikey even the Stains jagged a couple.
After their loss to the Tiges last week, if they lose to our very understrength side they are going to be shot mentally.
Our boys will be out to prove themselves while the stars are away and keep the streak running. They know if an injury goes down they could get a call up, and with finals upcoming they'll want to be involved.
I think the game is going closer than I first thought.

We'll have to rely on our 1, 7 & 9 to get the job done this week. Certainly not impossible, but going to be a tough game.
And at least next round we play on a Monday night again, giving our origin stars maximum recovery time.

Lets look at positive we have won 12 straight, used all of 19 players this year.

We are going to be giving some of the Jets players a crack, they have been playing well bar last 2 weeks and that was due to players rested injured.

It has been hard for any of them to crack first grade as stated as we have won 12 straight, now they get a chance to see if they can step up, i am confident they can, we still have some classy players in first grade.
