mediocre or not, the wins still look the same on the scoreboard.Cripes if Parramatta were undefeated some would still find something to whinge about.
As I say if you want to see a team that has a realisitic chance of winning the comp, go and jump on the Rooster,Penrith,Canterbury bandwagon.
I know we lost a game we should have won, but like it or not we are not going to win every game :evil:

I like compairing our side to the better sides...because let's face it we need benchmarks, but at the moment our benchmark is of being competitive against the middle of the table instead of the top 4.

So, you have made a statement here that you dont think Parramatta is a realistic chance of winning the competition (which I agree with).

Yet, you are happy with the way the club is going, the way the team is performing, you are happy with the coaching regime and the current list of players that the club has.

I don't agree with the first part of your post but I agree witht the second part.
We didn't play well tonight. We didn't muscle up in the forwards. We didn't provide much GO FORWARD. Our defence WASN'T particularly rcok solid (against a lame attack).

I Do agree though that we had silly ofloads and errors and didn't take our opportunites.
Before last week, Cronula were considered a joke team. So were Manly for that matter.
We have come away with a lucky win and a loss.
If you are happy with mediocre crap......fine.
