Yeah, it was refreshing most of the forwards running straight and hard

I was real impressed with cannings, he seems a lot faster and still has that massive size. Riddell playing a running second rower in the second half was impressive also. Morrison was everywhere, I think he played the full 80, the dynamite man :D

Well I just saw the game down the club

no commentators, but the beer was cold

I missd the first quarter, but from what I saw, we played like a team of players that haven't gelled yet

our defence was great, but how many tries did we bomb in the second half.

its quiet encouraging to think we can inprove so much more, yet we still won today.

and great game by Piggy and Morro, and Smith in the first half

I'm encouraged by this start. The team certainly has a lot of improvement in them. Thankfully we have a fairly soft schedule to start our season.
Considering the team hadn't played for 3 weeks though I think we did well.
I'm sure Robinson and Ridell would like some of their passes back, but it didn't cost us the game so it's all good :D

Also great debut from Tim Smith. I know he's going to have his ups and downs as the season progresses, but I think he should keep the 7 jersey for the rest of the season - injury permitting of couse. [-o<

Also the video ref needs to sharpen up as well, if the video ref can't make a decision after half an hour of looking at the video replay wouldn't it be fair to say thier is some doubt? If so then benefit of the doubt goes to the attacking side. So therefore we won 40-12 ;-)

Damn that was frustrating...can only imagine what it must be like for the players having to wait 5 minutes for a decision to be made  :x

Iam so so proud of Timmy Smith. Was targeted and handled the pressure well. Morro was in absolutely everything and had a cracker of a game. Lets hope we can build on this.

big kisses for timmy

in a blokey kind of way of course

Morro and Piggy are just what we need - great effort and heart.....isn't it weird to not be only talking about Hindy for a change.

And I thought Morris had a very good game at 5/8 and Waggy did great in the centres.

Wagon did very well IMO. Big game for Morrison.

Any news on Mckinnons injury? Looked like a cork.

Unfortunately I think it looked like McKinnon did a hammy - if that is the case I fear it would be bad news.

Just got back from the game, Smith and Morrison were the stars of the night, Morrison had a bloody blinder mate, I was pulling my hair out though, The Tigers gave us so many chances to put them away but we kept dropping the ball!

We should of won by more, But Peeky scored a try and Tahu raced away with seconds to go so it was a great finish.

The Defense is back, Parramatta defened well all night.

Congratulations to Parra.

Pretty poor quality game IMO, but you boys deserved the win.

We dropped so much ball it wasn't funny. Our attack is woeful, but I thought our defence wasn't too bad.

Apart from Skandalis, Fulton, Whatuira and Laffranchi, everyone else played pretty poorly.

Morrison looks like a great buy, although I think he might be at the judiciary on Wednesday. But he was everywhere and had a wonderful game.
