PB I think you should watch a replay of that game as Mason ran all night at our number one centre Jamie Lyon. Mason was pumped for that game and he was close to manof the match, however Jamie played well in defence but that probably took the sting out of our attack.

It was a good game plan by the cheats ad I expect the same again this weekend.

Ron I am a little disheartened by your approach. Reverse Pyscology is for wimps that are looking for excuses before they need one. :(

Are you referring to the game last year against the Dogs? Well green and Lyon are probably standing next to each other os it was six of one. But he played sh!t house! Contsent handling errors.

My point is, this year he will have nobody to run at. Unless Peterson plays in the centres, which i doubt he will, then there will be no weakness in defence for him to try and exploit.

Mason is an ok player but he needs everything to be "right on the night" for him to play well.He is a weak minded person, and with all that has happened lately around his club, he will struggle

I actually agree aswell

Petterson is a dud

but Petersen is the clubs top winger.

If you wan't to talk about mistkae riddled players then just watch McKinnon play.

Peterson has been named as a centre this week...... has coach Smith gone barmy??????

Good afternoon boys....! Aahh, the smell of linament in the air, another season is upon us and the Dogs are going to do a number on the Eels. I love footy season!
To all the boys from the old Parra website chat, glad to see you again!!
Incidentally, a tip from a Dogs supporter in the know - the player who is going to have a MAJOR impact on Saturday is a guy you probably haven't seen play - SB Williams. This kid is huge, quick and ran over the top of Gasnier and Cooper on quite a few occasions a fortnight ago. He should provide more than a few problems for those Parra outside backs. Lolesi has looked good in the trials, certainly better than I expected and Ryan will be pumped for a big one. Ciao to Dimmy watching from upstairs. We miss you sweetheart x

Look forward to seeing what all the hype about this SB Williams is.

Incidently the Dogs have just signed Jarrad Anderson (i wonder why....). If only we could see Anderson in the centres with Jackson Kafusi outside him...those turnstiles would be spinning faster than my head in a bin full of gold bars....

Perhaps they are (allegedly) forseeing the (alleged) impending departure of some or one of their *players* due to criminal charges.......???

There, I think I kept that fairly (allegedly) pollitically correct didn't I?

Ha ha, well done. Obviously there are quite a few emails doing the rounds regarding who might be responsible for what and in what capacity. I'm not going to go into them for obvious reasons. Let's just say that right or wrong, failing any further witnesses coming forward, the outcome is very likely to be the same as last year. As a Dogs supporter I would like at the very least to have a season where we are just another NRL team hopefully very soon. The point I am making however is that the named team is unlikely to change in the near future - failing one individual who it seems was involved in the incident last year as well - if this is indeed the case his identity will become obvious soon enough as the management has had enough one suspects...

It seems pretty widely reported and general knowledge that amongst all of the "alleged" goings on, a few players will have breached the clubs code over the course of the week, and if that is the case, there could be a few players serving extended periods on the sideline.

defence . this is what made parra a superior club in 2001 ,and it is still the most important factor in any large ball game,be it afl, rugby, soccer etc if you deny the opposition any chance to score or limit their scoring chances, you frustrate them , force errors and you capatalise on that. Last yr and the 1 b4 was testimont to that,[not defending well] if we can defend well,we will do some real damage, we have some real speed and size out wide, but in order to use it we must defend, defend defend.Lets hope all these big ugly guys have got that right
