To be fair given the amount of clubs that are going through a rebuilding phase, its very surprising that Brian Smith doesn't have a coaching gig at the moment!

Ok - so we made 3 BAD appointments in a row (Hagan, SK, Ricky) - but we need to put that instability behind us.
Seems Arthur has some nous, some respect, and the ability to carry out what he sets his mind to. Don't change him!!

So far in Seward's tenure we've improved our position from consecutive wooden spoons to being 10th (more down to BA and the players than Seward but Sharp did bring BA over), started development on the CoE, and have taken a huge trip over to the States.

We're on the cusp of something great with the players we have, the players we have coming through, the coach, and the geographical location of the club. So why not aim super high so that everyone is working harder to reach those targets, much better than aiming low and no one works as hard.

I wasn't suggesting I'd give Arthur the boot for either of 'em - just if we find ourselves in the position of needing a coach, I'd take either gladly. TBH I don't really remember writing that. :lol:
