No it doesn't, but for some the dream is to big to give away...like.Tago, Keir, ZCD, Maka..... While there is a few players not contracted playing NSW cup in the mid 20's or older range......some can't give up...

I would say those guys still (generally) drop their commitment (i.e. diet, sleep and individual training) compared to when they were still trying to make it in the NRL. I guess there's always exceptions. There are soldiers who still maintain a high level of physical readiness after their chicken strangling days are long in the past. Some dudes just love it.
