The reality is BA was set in his ways once this front office joined.I'm not sure it's the coach who decides how much money gets to be spent.
BA was happy to do things his way which may have meant not enough was spent on maximizing specialist coaching like a Gasnier. Where BA was happy with his cliche & staff on a budget economy.
Yes we brought in Johns & Ennis but both lasted 12 months and i dont think they were too invested just there for an extra cash grab.
Sarantinos & McDuff did say all the resources are available just like it was for BA when they selling themselves to potential coaches when they sacked BA.
Where someone like Ryles has come in and gone i want 2 x attacking assistant coaches, 1 x defensive coach lets promote Cayless to the full time coaching staff and with work him not against him.
Ryles has embraced & sees the club for what is and wants to try and maximise everything he can.
BA was stuck in his shell & i don't think embraced that part of his coaching and maximise that part of the club.
He was there to manage the players.
