I say they should have: 16s AJ cup, 17s HM cup, 18 LD cup 19 SG ball full comps (as in all clubs involved) so you've got more players involved, but make the season shorter. 4 rounds - then finals.
So by start April that season is over and they are starting up weekly high school football which will be a better driver of participation that the NRL jnrs.
