Yes. If they are potential future NRL players, they more likely to be playing cup by 20.Why? Flegg is under 21s..
Do you just bump them up because they showed potential in Flegg?
Or do you create a team culture where you have to develop in your age group before you get to jump up the next grade?
Well if you ask every single NRL club they will tell you that the best under 21s should play against grown men. If they’re still playing Flegg then they aren’t the best in their age group. Why? Flegg is under 21s..

Obviously there are examples of NRL players that didn't, but it wouId be pretty rare, good chance some sort of circumstance for why they didn't.
That happens in Matt's / Ball not flegg

That’s rarely the case in SG Ball, for example. The best players usually aren’t physically ready to play against adults.
How do you know they had potential? The ones that actually went on to play first grade are the ones who had potential. Why do you think the potatoes ever had NRL potential?Probably why we had so many kids with potential turn into potatoes...
We are both smart and understand how junior development works. We learn it from watching NRL clubs do it. Not just our own club and then criticising everything as failure. The Eels develop juniors better than most clubs. The ones that do it better than us don’t do anything differently, they are just better at recruitment (poaching).I am starting to think you both are the same person btw..
