Bloody MON's fault I bet.
Is it possible that it was?
Serious question.

Sounds like from MIT's comment it was more about what she was offered by the Panthers, than anything we could have done (except maybe match the offer she got).Is it possible that it was?

Its possible that this is where we need to get better.Sounds like from MIT's comment it was more about what she was offered by the Panthers, than anything we could have done (except maybe match the offer she got).
Not the first time this has occurred, Riff know whose good around the district and have no qualms about going after them. Interesting as that appeared to be behind us, Charlotte was an integral part of the girls squads, unfortunate and possibly avoidable.Sounds like from MIT's comment it was more about what she was offered by the Panthers, than anything we could have done (except maybe match the offer she got).
Suppose both clubs can afford to pay 0.5% (for example) of their operating budget to whoever is the "assistant coach of the HNWP side". Whichever club has the biggest budget will get that assistant coach.
Parra as a club is very conservative and essentially are followers rather than leader, but it is a very bad sign if we fall behind the Panthers in aiming to be good in WNRL. Panthers are total knuckle draggers in relation to the women's game.Suppose both clubs can afford to pay 0.5% (for example) of their operating budget to whoever is the "assistant coach of the HNWP side". I am sure it was and it feels like a personal attack on me. Letting one of the people I have known for a while at this club go just to spite me.Bloody MON's fault I bet.
Of course, but it’s the fact that she was a very important resource of the women’s game, and somehow it was not thought important enough to retain her. Another decision the club admin makes where you shake your head and there are so many of them below NRL level. But in the fair dinkum department this would have been Georgie's call.
With a resume like that, there’s definitely a question that needs to be answered. Why is such a resource not worth keeping with a competitive offer , if that was the case.As far as I know this was Chan's Progression with the Eels
2022 Blue Shirt Trainer for the Tasha Gale
2023 Yellow shirt Trainer for the Tasha Gale
2024 Coach of Tasha Gale Cup (Her Husband taking on Blue shirt roll), and HNWP Assistant
2025 Premiership Winning Coach of the Tasha Gale.
Also She and her Hubby have opened there home and being running "Parramatta House" of those players that are not from withing the district and need a place to stay.
Her role as assistant to the HNWP was to assist with the transition for our TG players to open age football.
