In the end, his withdrawal isn't much worse than high profile players delaying off season surgery until their NRL campaign is over, but not waiting until after the test. That is where international footy falls down.
LOL.
You are truly a joke,
Making the right choice for your health and future is as bad as some ungrateful, selfish winger who doesn't have his priorities straight?

I don't know what's going on here, but it seems to me the logical thing to do would be to tell the ARL you do not wish to participate in the Rep football at the end of the season in person or professionally instead of apparently calling who exactly?

He's let down a lot of people and quite honestly with the attitude he has on him he probably couldn't care less.

So what if Stuart doesn't get along with him,so what if the chances of him getting selected were slim?
Do you not turn up to work if you hate your boss?
Do you turn down a job interview?

Maybe Grothe should try and live the rockstar lifestyle,as in trying to become successful with little to no money,he doesn't deserve to be a high profile NRL player.
It's quite obvious he takes it for granted.

This is a silly comment. People on this forum need to stop thinking they know what is best for players. Who the hell do you think you are to tell him what his priorities should be? To use your own words, "You are truly a joke".

If he doesn't want to play rep football than that's his choice - not yours.

I agree, and have said that it's one or the other, either he plays or he never plays, but that is moot when it all comes down to it. People on this forum have no business trying to tell someone else how to live their life.

For f**ks sake, grow up people. He has made his choice, it is not yours.

Of course it's his choice but his priorities are not right in regards to his treatment of the whole matter.
There's obviously been a communication breakdown somewhere.
