Tonga was let go because the coach told him he wouldnt get a start in first grade. Ryan was also told he would not be picked in first grade. Armit was let go becasue he wasnt experienced anough, who was the coach and who was the retention advisor on all occasions. As I remember it , Brian Smith and Rod Reddy. (Common thread in most of these decisions)
