Please. You couldn't woosh a 6 week old dried out nugget.

I got your reference to how you think he doesn't spend anything. Problem is, it had nothing to do with what I was talking about. People have complained about how much we were paying him. Complaining about money that we were spending to pay him.

Hence the term, nuthugger.
His company is still being paid while we are administration. Who cares about the pissy chairmans fee, which Is Couch change in the scheme of things.

It's no wonder the club is a shambles.

Even the fans can't get on the same page, we've always got to be fighting about something ffs.

It's f**king ridiculous and childish.

f**k me dead the comprehension skills and the ability to retain information of some of the posters on this forum is worse than a 1st grade footballer.

Max as Administrator of the Leagues Club and therefore owner of the NRL Club made constitutional reforms and appointed a board to the NRL Club (ummm, yes there are 2 clubs). At the time he appointed the NRL Club board he was made Chairman by the remaining 6 Board Members (Directors). Today he announced he has stepped down as the Chairman of the NRL Club board which IS NOT the Leagues Club board. The constitutional reform changes he has made to the PNRL mean only 2 Leagues Club directors get to be on the NRL Club board, which mean only 2 directors get voted for by the members - the rest are independently appointed.

This voting however does not happen until there are acceptable Constitutional Reforms to the Leagues Club which is what Max was also appointed to implement and which have been blocked by Leagues Club Members once already. Max will be here until those changes are made. It is these changes that will put an end to the factions and they include a tri-ennial election process meaning not all directors are replaced at the same time.

What we have experienced in the past has been a result of popular elections determining the make-up of the 7 man Leagues Club board and the whole 7 Leagues Club directors automatically being NRL Club directors. This has already been mostly stopped.
So Max owns The NRL club? Why wernt we told? Fitzy wont like that let alone Roy.

Except it's heritage listed, so if he gets rid of the factions he has to replace them with new ones.
Nah mate, NSW government is okay with you replacing heritage listed stuff as long as you keep the old facade... so I am guessing if we keep losing everyone will be ok.

They say this country was built off the sheeps back. That building is where it all started and why Parramatta exists today. It is a f**king crime that only the facade exists today of the old wool store. It's no surprise really though when you realise that this country has always been run bun self entitled, self serving criminals. Oh well, we were a penal colony so what should we expect eh?

To give our beloved deathriders hope, Hook got sacked after an internal review, after the Board said 3 weeks ago that he was safe. Confidential interviews with the players set his fate.

I guess it depends on whether the review was conducted to appease the players or the fans.

The rumours about his job have been around since the start of the year. Gould and Ciraldo of late taking over Hook's duties. I think this was just another review that found what they were told to find.
