Manly escaped any salary cap sanctions for this year because it’s believed they weren’t over for 2018, but we’re in previous years.


If we comply for 18 there isn’t much they can do apart from a few fines. Unless they want to strip the spoon off us too.

I think what they could do is deduct a portion of next years cap (which is what happened to manly this year I think). Eg if we saved 100k from dodgy rent payments then we get 100k taken off our cap

What does the NSW Gov do if some of these allegations occurred whilst under a NSW Gov appointed administrator was at the helm?
