I was thinking about this today.
Nick Tabakcock is quoting 2 bedroom units - which they probably are. There could be as many as 3 - 4 players in each unit.
Is it possible that the $100- $150 per week ($5200 - $7800 per annum) is what has been attributed to EACH players contract for salary cap purposes, therefore making the rent look under-valued, whereas if each unit had 3 -4 players in it, the rental value of the unit would actually be more akin to market value?
Not sure if I'm missing something here. Could this be possible?
