Especially in a stadium rebuild thread. FFS, Strider! No one wants chilli on their dick
There was definitely early talk of the ground being lowered.
Yeah well I didn’t pick our seats and went with the flow. That may well be true. The ground being lowered.
It would however be dumb to think that the front row of the lower bowl would then be elevated above the pitch level.
It's not hard to do some research and see where the seats might be in relation to the pitch.
It took me two minutes to find the above sections of the proposed construction.
At least Suncorp is flood prepared.Probably this is where everyone is getting the lowering from, Its lower than outside the stadium I guess
The playing field is sunk seven metres below ground level, and rising out of that is 30,000 seats at a 34-degree angle. That is the steepest in the world and more than Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium, which is considered the best rectangular stadium in the country despite it being most often filled with Queenslanders.

Haven’t read linked article, but maybe they meant 7 meters below street and entry level not from front row.Probably this is where everyone is getting the lowering from, Its lower than outside the stadium I guess

I quoted what you pretty much stated. I should slow down with my reading.Probably this is where everyone is getting the lowering from, Its lower than outside the stadium I guess

Noticing a lot of Green around the stadium.
Raiders may want to play a few games here as well.
The green is for when the Thunder start playing there. ‘Rectangular Cricket’ the new exciting concept.
