A few years ago, my family got the family pack which had 6 tickets comprising of 2 adult, 2 kids and 2 complimentary. Anyone could use the complimentary so in effect we had 4 adult tickets. The next year (the first we moved to ANZ full time i think) we were just given 2 adults and 4 kids. Given my old folks used the complimentary tickets I called up the club and was told by Hayden, just use them, noone will ask questions, but that we had to change the package when we moved back to the new stadium as they would be a lot stricter
