Parra's 7's

This may be old news, but I heard for the first time today that tickets for the 7's for 2004 goes on sale today. Not sure of costsing though.

I have also heard that it will be back to 4 tackles instead of 6, and that there will be no Bowl or Plate competition.

We will have a very different side from last year.

Of the 11 players who played last year, Tonga, Chan, Richards, S.Witt and Moodie have all moved on. Will be interesting to see who plays, who/ if anyone is rested. I would imagine that the other 6 will be asked to play;
1.Hindmarsh

3. Hopkins
4. Burt
5. Widders
6. Wagon.

Wagon may be the only one to step down, but will be interesting to see who comes in. maybe;

7. Grothe
8. Cannings
9. Dykes/Thorman
10. Lyon
11. Vaealiki (acting as a versitile forward/back if Wagon is left out)

Tim Smith could be a interesting player to put into the competition. Smith had Steve Witt in last years 7's. Just to give the kid a taste.

You have to drop someone from your squad eelementry. Your only allowed 10. We used 11 last year cause patty richards got injured (suprise suprise) on the first day.

From your squad i would personally drop a prop, i dont think you can carry two. And add a ball player/kicker.
