Well, we`ve certainly had consistency for the past season and a half - but I don`t know that you`d call it stability.

No more rookie NRL coaches ! We need a settled experienced coach like Brian Smith, Bennett, sheens etc..We can't make the same mistakes again. Would love to see smithy back !

I don`t think you could say we 'participated' in those games - I think we f**king rocked!

The end result was a GF appearance, was it not, even good teams have bad patches

Our squad was a lot poorer then that of 2005,06,07, for the players it was a wonderful display of culture, never saw the players happier...

Again for the side we had, it was a wonderful season.

Yeah ando was well worth the go.. But there is a bit of difference bet those coaches I listed and ando and Taylor. I think we just need some stability in the place. A well respected, experienced coach.

The absence of trophies since 1986 considering Parra's natural advantages in terms of where it is located and the number of juniors available says it all I am afraid.

I have no joy in saying this mind you.

We need a fundamental cultural shift at Parramatta. End of story.
