Without watching the CCTV footage closely, couldn’t be bothered personally, the prosecution may still have some hurdles to get over.

I‘m sure his defence team will be capable of mounting a defence, whether self defence or a defence based around the fact he didn’t intend to inflict actual violence on the person who initiated the conflict in the first place.

There will be plenty of case law around this sort of conduct so that will play a big part in the outcome.

Yeah you'd think there'd have the be severe mismatch in legal teams for Kent to get off here. The footage is pretty damning.
