There is actually a longer and much clearer video doing the rounds on Facebook showing him as the aggressor.

Looks as though he's been evicted from a pub or club

Tottis in Rozelle.

It's a restaurant. So either he has gone to some other places to drink first or he was hitting the wines hard.

Hope he enjoyed the antipasti.

Imagine being in your 50's and still acting like that. Especially in the profession he is in.

The guy has small man syndrome.

What is he 5 foot 7

The tree he did a flip on could become a tourist attraction visited by many nrl players who he has slammed over the years hugged by many

You can be assured he will defend the charge, with some high priced silk.

Without watching the CCTV footage closely, couldn’t be bothered personally, the prosecution may still have some hurdles to get over.

I‘m sure his defence team will be capable of mounting a defence, whether self defence or a defence based around the fact he didn’t intend to inflict actual violence on the person who initiated the conflict in the first place.

There will be plenty of case law around this sort of conduct so that will play a big part in the outcome.

The video shows the other guy not wanting it and Kent initiating the physical fight.
