I think his 2015 season was excellent given the quality of roster and number of injuries we had but 2016 was unforgivable.

But it could
Hasler will have a new contract this month so all the rumours of him coming to the dragons have amounted to nothing as do most of the rumours involving saints

At $1.5m p/a Hasler is way above affordability for the Dragons. So it will be a lesser coach who gets the gig. The Club is keeping this all very close to it's chest and so this is sure to be an economical surprise. But I doubt very much it will be Mary. His performance over his whole coaching stint at the Dragons is what will be taken into account.

Sadly, the club has had to make to many compromises for a head coach to have a successful start to this season. As possm said, not enough done overall.
