Pfft genius. Of the top 8 sides the Roosters had more players that had debut for the club than any other. Keep recycling the same old boring cliche and use your brain you whinger
Good one genius
debut does not mean juniors it just means more money spent on imports
Correct.

The roosters entice players aged 13 - 17 to their club with big money, scholarships (to players and their siblings) and then pass them off as their own once they hit first grade. Basically the roosters let other clubs till the earth, plant the seed, look after the seedling until it's just about ripe then steal it and market the end product as their own.
If they don't make it to the top level they discard them.

Punting Jennings improved Penrith.

Read some of Jennings interviews he says himself he has had a big attitude change since going to the Roosters, good on him but I wouldnt change it.

U guys have the catchment and the juniors, so what it means is that you have first dibs on the junior.
Besides, when does playing a comp in an area mean you are owned by that club? You have first dibs and let them go cos you only have 25 players in your roster.

If every player had to play for their junior club then you would be applying trade restrictions. I think it's more important about the debut, cos it means we stuck with them and not chopped and changed. That's why roosters are finally starting to benefit now.

This is starting to get old and the

Just as i thought ZERO juniors. Tool.

When did playing your junior football mean you were owned by the club? U guys have the juniors and the catchment so it means you have first dibs on a junior. There isnt even a draft system in place! So why isn't your club showing these juniors the love? Also you only have a 25 player roster to fill. If every player had to play for their junior club, you would be applying trade restrictions.

This is getting old and only time I hear it is from clubs who can't scout or invest money in the wrong players.

They really should thank Parramatta TBH: Tupou, Maloney and Mortimer. Add in Wolfman, Jorge, Buhrer, Lyon and Horo on Manly's side. Add in all the other talented players they have let go over the years due to poor talent identification, and they could have a first grade quality side unlike the shit they have now.

I'm not that hard up on the whole juniors subject, one of my favourite all time panthers players Ryan Girdler was a steelers junior. Im just a bit revved up over how Jennings who was looked after by a club would throw a barb at them like he did. He of all people know that he didn't play to his potential at the Panthers and now since going to the Roosters he is probably the most in form centre in the game. I just wish he could have shown a bit more respect for a club that brought him on.
