Justin Tsoulos?

I WAS a huge fan of his until tonight.

I thought having a big, strong, devastating ball runner would get us on top.

Instead, JT had NO impact on the game whatsoever.

Then I see the Warriors team. Arguably the best players on the field were Villasanti and even more so Palea'asina.

Man, our forwards are crap.

f**k Vella has one off day and people wan't to get rid of him, he's been a great forward for us this year.........who knows we're we'd be without him.

JT isn't living up to the expectations.

Mmmmmm.....our forward pack was MIA tonight - totally dominated by the opposition.

Yet people are still complaining that we may spend money on acquiring a representative quality forward in Glenn Morrison.

What has happened to Tsoulos?

In his first few games this year he was hitting the ball up hard and with speed and breaking tackles.

Recently, he's just a big target.

And Vella - tonight he was awful.

I am not a huge fan of his, but I accept he's been OK this season. However, for a senior Eels forward claiming he was going to step up to play the way he did is just inexcusable.

How many aggressive line-breaking forwards do we have?

Hindmarsh, Moi Moi, Cannings, Cayless.

Someone get Moi Moi fit NOW.

Gosh, I can't wait until Cannings comes back.

And Stapo is better at prop.

Ron how many fu---- top games has Vella played since 2001. Give me a fu--- break. When he needs to step up like LAST NIGHT he FAILS. What more motivation did he need. I have NEVER seen a prop with less impact on the advantage line. He is and always will be a pussy cat. I CANNOT wait for THE DAY that he is finally fu--ed out of this club. That day will be some time after June 30 next year. And Wagon can also join him on the way out as can Peterson!!!!!!!!!! Some people say they try hard. FU-- THEM! I want to WIN.

Justin has a Shoulder Injury but with out him we will have no size in the forwards.

For the last two weeks I think we put all our forwards in one basket. Players like Person, Stapleton and Vella play well especially when they play off the Bench. Last week we got a good first 20 out of them so you know they can start as well. It would be nice to get some of our other forwards back. Cannings, Cayless that sort of racquet, then we can let Justin Recover from the shoulder injury he suffered against Manly. If you watch Justin play he is not leading with the shoulder or putting it in a tackle which means he is always tackling to his right and not his left meaning he is starting to be less effective in defence.

The Current forwards need the back up of these other players to help our side get on top of the other physically, and once we do that, you never know what our halves could look like.

JT popped his shoulder a few weeks back. Give him credit that he's even out there. He's still doing alot better than some of the more experienced blokes.

Tsoulos did get smashed a fair bit, but you have to run the ball to get smashed....that says something

Tsoulos, Afamasaga and Hopkins were about the only forwards that really ran the ball up and maybe Stapleton at times......Corey Pearson is an absolute joke and is a frontrower not a F****ing 5/8 BS????????

I thought Tsoulos went pretty well - he was one of the only guys to get over the advantage line. He didn't play a huge amount of minutes though... I'd like to see him get to the stage where he plays 50 a game next year!

Think he's going to be a great player in a few years time!

If he is injured then don't play.

ever thought that a fit smaller forward is better then a injured big prop.

bring in Jim Curtis he has a lot of size and at least he is uninjured.

BTW, Moi Moi isn't injured he is suspened and still has one more week to go as Parra reggies team had the bye this week.

Well then quite simply Tsoulos should not have played.

Let's put it into perspective:

Tsoulos is just as bi and stronger if not more than Paeale'asina.

I know our defence is crap.

But Iafeta DOMINATED in attack and defence, a thing a bloke with his size and strength should.

Tsoulos ran the ball against Toopi and got dropped like a sack of potatoes BY TOOPI!!!

He has gone downhill.

I certainly hope it's due to the injury.

 is that a joke? palea'asena is f**king massive! the guy is an animal! hes a weapon of mass destruction! in my eyes hes the most intimidating front rower in the NRL. id much rather run at and tackle justin than iafeta!
justin is only young and he needs alot more conditioning. in a year or two justin will have shedded most of his fat guts and will be alot more efficient. hes carrying too much fat right now but the eels conditioners will sort him out.
boo hoo justin had a few shit games lately. f**k you merkins are quick to judge! hes so f**king young for f**ks sake. this is his first full season of first grade and after a few shit games you merkins want him booted?       give yourselves a boot up the munt!

Tsoulos is still young and inexperienced. Of course he's going to be inconsistent because of this. Vella should be leading the way up front but hasn't been, it's dissapointing.

LOL!

You know little about JT!

He's lost a lot of weight - he used to be around 120kg. Tsoulos is a monster too, mate! Just 'cause he's not Maori don't mean he's not huge and intimidating.

My point was Iafeta had a great, dominating game; I thought Tsoulos could have and should have made it his goal to do the same, buthe didn't.

Jim Curtis and Josh Cordoba should play next week!

And move Morris to 5/8, bring in Webster at 9.

Tell Webster to pass the ball to Curtis flat like in premier league and we will have a better chance.

We just need forwards to run off the hooker, and when I say run I mean run - not just saunter up, take a look at the defence and catch the ball and submit in the tackle.

I am of the opinion that Vella can offer something however I think he needs to be dropped to somewhere further than the bench to kick his arse in to gear.

If Tsoulos is playing injured then give Hauraki a go, his mate is doing a good job so it couldn't hurt. The season may as well be over - we could at least salvage some respect and give some young blokes a chance to show these "bargains" what enthusiasm is all about.

My beef is with Morris.

Yes he's a good footballer, but i'm convinced he is not a dummy half. His service to the forwards is disgraceful.

Go and watch the replay of any Parra game you can get from this year. Watch his service closely. His first movement is across, and then he turns the ball inside- often making the forwards stop and change direction- he also feeds them to close to the markers. He also doesn't know when to run and draw the markers. In my opinion, he sux as a hooker- and anyone who thinks Riddell shouldn't start over him is kidding themselves.

I like John Morris, I just think at hooker he upsets the whole applecart and should be playing somewhere else, like 5/8 and mayabe used as a running dummy half at times.

Having said that Vella was absolutely disgraceful on the weekend. 8 hit ups and 9 tackles from our forward leader- thats bloody shocking. Morris is a crap dummy half who puts in effort- Vella is a talented front rower who puts in 0 effort- he is a cabbage and there's no way i'd be playing him this week.
