This woman who stepped into the train and sat right in front of me, speaking loudly in Russian on her mobile phone in a quiet carriage. I stared and stared at her. Then pointed at the sign that said "Quiet Carriage. Refrain from loud phone conversations" and told her to read the sign. She told me to just put my earbuds in. So again, I pointed at the sign and said firmly "It's a quiet carriage" and continued to stare. She got up and moved, saying "thank you" sarcastically.
