Easy fix. Vlando just needs to marry one of his daughters off to a Abu Dhabi Prince and we can stick our fingers into that sweet sweet oil money.
Would there be a need for both 21s and reserve grade?Thought the wording was National U21s
Anyway it's a good first step, so that in 2 years we are ready for National RG
Of course otherwise, most 1st graders that don't get picked in 1st grade that weekend don't play at all...Would there be a need for both 21s and reserve grade?
We saw a lot of mental health/suicides issues trying to run NYC on its own, if you were a late bloomer and didn't make the old Top 25Would there be a need for both 21s and reserve grade?
This wouldn't be getting looked at if there wasn't a plan to leverage both comps to make some additional revenue. NRL aren't just looking to buy SL to hand out money, they obviously have some thoughts on what they could do with the bigger English and French clubs.Yes but it would be a financial drain for the NRL, at a time its planning on expanding both its own national men and women's competitions. The NRL may be in a stronger financial positing than the UKSL, but the NRL's financial resources are not bottomless, especially if the NRL's finances are tied into player collective bargaining agreements guaranteeing players a certain fixed percentage of it.
If you had a national reserve grade would you need a national 21s though?Of course otherwise, most 1st graders that don't get picked in 1st grade that weekend don't play at all...
Otherwise all the players that are reserve grade Who are over 22 would flee to England
Clearly there is a possibility for money to be made from S.L. Vlandys can see it. Just like buying a private Jet for the NRL.This wouldn't be getting looked at if there wasn't a plan to leverage both comps to make some additional revenue. unlikely, it would probably be U20's again. If you had a national reserve grade would you need a national 21s though?

And that's why we have V’landysOne private jet though is probably not going to cut it. I mean how are you going to transport all teams playing interstate and overseas the way they currently do? What do you do if you have clubs with competing schedules and someone potentially has to miss out? In the sports cited about the private jets, they are owned or chartered by the respective clubs and not the central administration of the sport like its proposed for the NRL.
You'd need more than one jet to avoid logistical problems, let alone down time for maintenance.

At some stage during the season you are going to have a clash where the jet is needed to get too or from Perth, Townsville, Auckland and Christchurch at the same time. You'd need at least two.
I wouldnt say its cheap, for a 30 person jet your looking at around $15k an hour.Surely the counter to this idea. Is that there would be lots of corporate jets not being used on the weekend that could be leased cheaply?
Have to cover depreciation petrol wages and make a decent profit to cover when it’s idleI wouldnt say its cheap, for a 30 person jet your looking at around $15k an hour.
