i want to give him the benefit of the doubt generally …but it’s hard to say this isn’t just a way to put as negative slant as possible on the crowd size .. 23 percent capacity ? …Come on now
That’s his constant agenda - put a negative slant on anything the nrl does. Even using incorrect information like above and trying to pass it off as some “facts”. The fact we let him do it right here on this forum is criminal.

Take this afl shit out of here you troll. You’re not a moderator here you can’t ban and block like a big man if you don’t like what you see, but you should be the one banned in here for your incessant trolling.

you constantly post about afl in here, ratings threads etc we’ve had enough of it. Go post about league on Bigfooty which you don’t seem to do - only post about afl in here

every single afl post in here will be reported troll and I want to see you banned. For some reason we continue to tolerate your shit in here which I’ve had enough of. If you see this dickhead posting afl stuff report him.

Enjoy Vegas troll. Stay in your Adelaide hole.
I have him on ignore and he is the only person I have in ignore. Seriously it’s so transparent he is anti league and AFL mouthpiece trying to pretend

PVL willing to die on the hill for Zac Lomax is the most disappointing thing he has done during his whole tenure.

This is probably the worst 90 seconds of any interview he has done.
A senior administrator prepared to go public with a one sided opinion prior to a court hearing is just problematic. Is PVL trying to influence a court decision, just difficult to come to terms with this , when a player signs a contract under legal advice , and within a month is being encouraged to break that contract by a rival club with what seems like support form the person at the head of the sport concerned.

Just a poor look and somewhat favouring one club over another, strange.

That's one way to look at it. Another is that a current State of Origin player is unable to play Rugby League currently due to the contract, and PVL would like to see him playing our game, rather than go promote Rugby Union in Australia and Parra is holding him to a very high bar that he has no control over, and will be laughed out of court if Parra continue down that path. The key is that getting another player is something that Lomax has no control over. And PVL isn't silly that this could open up a can of worms that the game doesn't need. I still see this all being settled before any judgement is handed down.

Why didn’t Lomax negotiate a release that said that he would be allowed to play for another nrl club if r360 fell over? He had control over that.

Personally don't care. But the point is as far as a court goes, is that he is being held hostage to a condition that he has no control over. He can't offer a player to another club.

Yet PVL was happy to hand out 10 year bans for anyone talking to R360.

The NRL should be neutral in this. They should have come out strongly and said we hold the sanctity of contracts, will not be making any comment and we will let to courts decide.

Yeah like I said. He did have control over it. He negotiated a release without thinking it through. That’s on him.

It can be many things, but Parra asking for a player in return is what the court will focus on, as it's something out of his control and he can't be held accountable for that.

We all get people don't like the choices Lomax made, but we also have to be realistic in that he gets one short career to set himself up for life. And Parra is denying that for him. Courts tend to err on the side of the player in this situation as life goes on for a club.

The Eels just need to make sure the Storm, the Rooster or Brisbane don’t get him. He can organise to go to any other NRL club than either of those three. I’d probably add the Bulldogs as well because of Gould. Those clubs (and Gould) have had their way for too long.
That article about PvL and Politis should have made people sick.

If they have managed their salary caps better than other clubs then why shouldn't they get him? Really he only needs a year or two at ones of the big clubs to entertain even bigger offers at the end of it if he plays to potential.
