Considering that he lives in the shire would probably be the main reason as to why he is playing for the Sharks and not Penrith. Im pretty sure the Sharks have a much better SG ball squad than the panthers this year

He's not in the Ball squad he's in the matts squad, which hasn't even been cut to squad size yet.
