Oh it will. As long as you are watching in the off season and don't mind it being a three quarter strength team at best.

How is employing more GDO's, employing developers in the pacific, underwriting the pacific tests simply spin?

You are pro mid year test. We get it. There are many who were against it. Because historically NZ haven't competed well. Personally I love the mid year test and was at the one in 2014.

Injuries are part of sport. The best thing RL can do is have an international window. To increase matches and gain more media traction. That's what everyone voted in favour of at the RLIF AGM.

England canned their mid year test. But their end of season series was successful.

I'd love to see an ashes series. You will get the chance to see this in 2018 or 2020 hopefully.

However there are many english fans that are anti ashes and anti GB. Why is your view more warranted than theirs?

He wont just be a coach, he'll act in development and will probably head into schools, etc.

$300k is obviously a lot for that kind of work compared to others that would do the same job, but you need to consider his public profile; he would bring a celebrity element to whatever he did.

The mid year test has always been a shitty non-event for me. No one cares, nothing to play for, no atmosphere. I'd rather watch City v Country half the time. Much prefer series games.

None of us are anti ashes, far from it..we'd love to see a england v australia ashes series again...a ever growing number are anti GB though..

Theres a whole generation of kids who have no idea who or what GB is,GB is a relic of the past...let it rest in peace
