Phil Gould....three hands

I have never laughed so hard at commentary as when Phil Gould referred to the three hands joke...."having three hands would be handy".

I know where one of his hands would permanently be.

Gould seemed quite relaxed last night, particularly towards the refs, I think somebody slipped something in his drink before the game or does Freddy have a calming influence? Commentary was a lot more listenable than usual.

Freddie was just as funny when he "predicted" the goalkick hitting the Jumbo TV screen between the posts.

That was a classic, he cracked up "off-mike" after that.

Actually I thought his "Calm down Rabs, calm down" when they were checking the obvious knock on 15 times was MORE annoying than if he had been whinging about why they were seriously considering giving it a try.
