This is the same bloke who talked up a players’ strike last season and squeezed the game for every penny it had in the collective bargaining negotiations, forcing the NRL to apply for a $30 million bank loan in order to do a deal with the players.

I'd say it would be around 12000. We differ. The suburban grounds is not a cavernous experience like the Olympic stadium. It's a boutique ground which has its own attraction . We differ on the crowd attracting potential of a ground like Belmore. It's moreover a cultural attraction that gets the fans in to a ground like Belmore. With respect I think you have underestimated that factor.
