Assuming we get PJ Marsh and assuming he is ready to play the full 80minutes, having him on the bench is offensive. If we get him he will be starting. You see the first question PJ will ask after the contract amount is where will I be playing?? He will not come if he is coming from the bench. He is way too good for that. He will be our 6 or 7.

I don't know about that. Given his serious injury and long layoff, anything other than playing off the bench to start with would be a surprise. It would be up to him to earn a starting spot, I don't see why he'd have a problem with that.

PJ or Morris in the centres, are you smoking something?

Dunno about Peej, but Morris could easily handle centre. Just look at the try he scored against the Cowboys.

He'd be a bit slow. Do you honestly reckon he could create, finish like a centre should?

Problem with Morris is he is average in all positions without being very good at one. Perfect utility player.

Good point mate.

But in the try I speak about he raced down the sideline, stopped and stepped away from Bowen before scoring in the corner.

He did it like a top class centre would.

I completely agree about the utility comment though.

Morris played a couple of games on the wing for Newcastle. He must have some speed going for him.

He's not a long term winger, he's a half/ hooker.........anything else is boardering on stupidity.

Morris for 5/ next year.

6. Morris
7. Witt
9. Riddell
14. TBC (Marsh/Hopkins/Webster/T Smith)

But it's our strength in jerseys 8, 10-13, 15-17 that will help these playmaker guys immensely.

I really dont think there will be anything solid on PJ until he has his medical later in the year.

The guy comentating on Fox (not Junior) stated when the camera focused on PJ in the crowd that he was heading back to 'Sydneys west' next year ?????

Both PJ and Steve Witt were at the game today. Good to see both boys keeping a close eye on their diets, laying into the hotdogs and chips.
