Skandalis & Nutley would be great buys, we need props that hit the line hard and can put on the big hit, Vella can not do this.....aslo Utai and Grothe on the wings would be a blockbusting combination, since i doubt Lyon is coming back , Paul Franze would be my replacment, this kid is going to be great although is currently in premier league #-o , Michael Sullivan would also be a great his impact from the bench is second to none.....but the most expensive player i hope we could get would be Glenn Morrison, he's unlucky not to have been a NSW & Aust rep........if the Pritchard rumours are true then:

I wouldnt be buying anymore props for next season. Parramatta have:

-Cannings
-Vella
-Tsoulos
-Stapleton
-Peek
-Armit
-Moi Moi
-Cordoba

all on contract for next season. There are also a wealth of young talented props in the lower grades. I think it would be a waste of the salary cap and would clog up PL with props that arnt going anywhere which may force young talent like Cordoba to find a first grade gig somewhere else.

...agree Pazza. If 2 of our best hadn't suffered broken arms this year we wouldn't even be thinking about props for next year. You could almost consider Cannings a buy for next year given he'll miss most of this year anyway. Caylo may indeed move back to prop to make way for Pritchard (although nothing definite yet).

(If parra did sign Pritchard) The fight for the number 12 jersey is going to be huge between Afasamaga and Pritchard. I think they are both pretty much certains for the top 17. They are both big, physical and fit! Atleast we will have some quality replacements when Hindmarsh is on Rep duty.

we have a lot a props but not a lot of quality, thats why we need some experienced hard workers such as Nutley, Skandalis, Tookey (again) who are also very good players
