The same idiots who keep selecting Gidley after he was shown as woefully inadequate after Game 1 in 2009.

1. Minichello - sad finish for this once champion player. Played shit all night dropping balls at crucial stages (none other than the Yeo Yeow try)

2. Gasnier - Mr incredible my arse. Not the player he once was. Was owned by Inglis all night (esp Inglis's second try).

3. Gidley - what the f**k happened to Ennis (sorry missed the first few minutes) . This bloke is the biggest ball hog in the game. Runs from dummy half too much and adds f**k all. Should never play SOO again.

Hodges - did he exist in SOO 3?

Smith - took lessons off Slater to give the real meaning of footy - feet, legs and knees are manditory if your a Storm player. Got rid of the grapple for the right reasons??

Pearce was terrible. I really didn't notice him all game. Totally overawed by the occasion.

Mini saved the worst game of his career for the most important game of his career. That was just a bad selection. Hayne to fullback and Ferguson to wing surely.

Other players made mistakes but the criricism of Soward is ridiculous. Gaz did some good stuff but was out-played by the best centre in the world. At least he was involved unlike Hodges.

Not sure why everone is knocking Gidley. He made mistakes (everybody did) but he made almost 50 tackles and set up a lot of play. A bit harsh.

On the bright side, Bird, Watmough and Gallen had enormous series. Uate and Mannah were great tonight.

I hope they chose a similar side next year. With Lockyer gone it will be a different situation. Mini and Pearce out. Hayne back to fullback and Jennings to centre. Scott back. They can win with that team. There was some good stuff to come out of that loss.

agree with everyone Qld to good but mini and gidley how they played just made me angry.

Gidley got dropped last season(or year before) as captain why bring him back. Utility whatever he cant play hooker why because he defends like a halfback. watmough/soward probable could do better at hooker than gidley when ennis was injured.

Stuart around the 60thmin just before the game got blown way out why didnt he put hayne at fullback give him achance to get him in the game, maybe give the blues some sort of attack.

I dont mind if stuart stays on but he cant pick his favourites.

He almost single handedly killed every chance of a NSW try in the first 25 mins of the second half with poor decision making. Soward was playing well he should have got him the damn ball. The backline was set numerous times with Soward waiting for it yet Gidley just went and did his own rubbish while the rest of them stood there and watched him.
