Bit rough on the bolded. Taia was a good player before he broke his neck, and I think the game just passed Hilder by during the course of his career. His 1-on-1 tackle is as good as you'll ever see... it's just that teams get punished for good tackles in the modern game. Tough little f**ker, too.

Aubusson is just a good footy player in general... there must be 100 other more ploddly centres. Get some Todd Polglase or Blake Ayshford in there.

I must say that Nathan Plodmarsh could slip into some of these teams, too. Played way past his used by date. Lord of the flop.

Sione's alcoholism turned him from being explosive on field to being explosive off field. I don't think he was a plodder, at the Warriors he was just behind Ali for playmaking ability in the forwards. All talent, no self control.
