Now all we need is a team that will feel right at home anywhere and be free to move across the region or the world & attract global attention & an audience in the billions.

Considering we're living in a f**king cost of living crisis where our own country's population is doing it tough, our so called government pissing money up a wall on a vanity project by funding a sports team in a foreign country (and third world one) at that is pretty f**king disgraceful.

The money Tennis Albo pissed down the drain on this could've been far better spent on helping Australians in this cost of living crisis.

But we all know he doesn't give a fat rat's arse about Australians doing it tough.

The sooner the election comes and this merkin is sent packing so he can f**k off to New York to work for the UN the better.

"Cost of living crisis" is a myth, the government has loosened the red tape on big business, they are charging us way more then they ever have before, and they are not regulating it, and the media just shrugges shoulders and says it's a cost of living, fk BS, who said we should be charging people rent so fkn high, petrol prices, fkn milk is $5 a bottle, get fkd when did all this shit all get all expensive at the same time, and my paymaster ain't raising my salary.... blame labour

Interest rates should start coming down around march

Inflation is falling so the png team will avoid this “cost of living” crunch

So what will success look like in 2037 when the Govt money runs out ?

I would suggest that it would be a successful team perhaps still searching for their first Top 4 finish on the table , but one that is able to field a competitive team comprised of mostly homegrown players … with fully developed pathways in place that is producing talent for the rest of the competition in addition for themselves …

Is this likely to happen ? I don’t think we can definitely say yes ..but it’s certainly possible

The sponsorship will already be in place, they were never reliant on aus govt money, but they certainly ain't gonna say no to albo throwing 12 times the amount they planned on aswell as grassroots funding, and bribe money for the nrl licence (which the clubs definitely want...will somone think about the poor nrl clubs)
