Maybe Noddy was better than many of us gave him credit for - Stuart didn't improve him, much like he didnt improve hardly any sharks / eels players .

I'd also add that noddy was old and fairly set in his ways when sticky arrived. Probably not much chance of any coach changing him at that stage of his career. Individually I thought he was pretty good tbh.
