Positives Thread

after 2 painful defeats and horrible injury luck, maybe we should be focusing on the positives..

today proves we still have a dominant pack, most of us (myself included) thought we would get an arse kicking today...
if we can just stay awake for the last 20mins and put another try on, we could beat any team...

i missed the first half, was farrar fullback? we seemed alot more solid than when robbo plays fullback...

Hoddy also played well...

Bad luck with the iffy calls.

But there are a few positives for sure:

* Hopoate WILL come into your side at some point, and you'll be so, so dangerous with him in your squad
* your pack is still great
* Hodkinson will be better for the run, and you'll reap the benefits.

You've had horrible luck with injuries and officials, but you've shown you're still a force to be reckoned with IMO.

Strong pack, Cross was very good and he probably won't make the 17 this week.

Hodkinson playing was a positive, his performance was just a bonus.

Foran was improved from last week.

Farrar at fullback, soooo much better than Robertson.

Williams went pretty well on the wing, I think having Lyon next to him is the key there.

The major positive, we can get a lot better. Hodkinson and Foran will take a while to get going together, Watmough wasn't at his best, Farrah will get better at the back, if Williams/Lyon stay together on the right they could have a very good combination.

I believe our team is stronger this year without Brett vs last without Brett, and we still made 5th place

Hodkinson is one we should have never let go...was the best half on the ground on Sunday and will only improve. Thanks Hages you moron
