Thurston only really became a star when he left.

However with that Dogs side I would put Anasta at lock over Grimaldi.

- Grimaldi was one of the most tireless players in the game during his career.
- SBW is a better impact player and was lethal off the bench.
- Ryan can come off the bench. We've had better locks.
- These teams are based on form AT YOUR CLUB. Thurston never matched Sherwin in the blue and white - his best form came in the navy and yellow.

Look there's no doubt that there are a few forwards who have had a greater impact for us during the last ten years. But if it came to the crunch and i had to pick a side to play for me today i'd absolutely have Mason on the bench ahead of someone like Chris Flannery or Peter cusack.

Even though Cusack is a cult Roosters legend and was an axe in defense in our GF winning team, i'd still pick Mase over him based on his ability.

Edit; As it happens i completely forgot about Bryan Fletcher, who's one of the better backrowers in the game over the last ten years so he'd definately slot in somewhere. Maybe at Masons expense.

Well Logan has been playing for the Raiders recently. Going reasonably well according to some people.

But he'll always be a cat to me though.

As for Crouch, who knows...he's probably trying to ask the devil for his soul back after he sold it to him for a contract with the Roosters.
