So who do we think will be named player of the year?

For me, it's a two horse race: Sifa or Nikora.

I think Nikora gets the nod.
It was said recently by those within the squad that he does all the little things which people don't notice, but his team mates do.
He's been enormous on the right edge this year.

Likewise, Sifa had a great year.
He might not have had the headline-grabbing line breaks in the latter stages, but he was always there rolling his sleeves up when the dirty work needed to be done.

My POTY is Briton Nikora.

I can't see anyone other than Beanz Meanz getting it though. I can live with it though.

Mine is Ronaldo, don't care that he's a winger.

Nicho will obviously get it but like to see the number of terrible games he plays significantly decrease next season.

Nikora started too slow.

Sifa despite slowing down was still making 200m a week, busting tackles, just got tired and battling injuries by the end so he was a 7/10 each week instead of 9.5 earlier in the season.

I know it’s cool to rip on our 7 but Hynes did have some cracker games. Not our best for the whole year though.

A lot of players had a great year, next year will be very interesting.

Hynes will get it and probably deserves it. Yes he had some bad games and moments and has a lot to improve on, but do we finish with a 18/6 record in the regular season without him? I think he is grounded enough to know he has things to work on and also seems to have the drive to get better.
