I see the big danger in this game to be Jye Gray. Sharks seem to have trouble with the modern day, fast, nippy, tenacious little fullbacks getting around these days. You can't give that kid any space. So I'd like to see a small change in the kicking game. Never kick down his throat for one thing. Move him around all night. If we bomb they have to be higher than usual so chasers can get there. Chasers have to maintain a straight line at all costs or this little snark is going to run around or step people. Beware the little bunny.
I don't see many other dangers in this Souths team however, Walker might have an on game, he's hot and cold. I'd be getting right under his skin. I reckon Wighton and Graham can be dangerous. Our centres may be the most important players in this. They have to stay square, get up quickish (not shoot up and leave gaps and stay connected to their wingers who have to hold their width. Gray likes to come in on the left on sweep plays so Pebbles is vulnerable to the Wighton/Gray combo. Ramien has to trust Pebbles though and play his role only. Kennedy has to be aware of where Gray is all the time. He's got to count and scream all game.
Otherwise, same plan. Go down main street for 10, 20, 30 minutes, doesn't need a timeframe but they watch for fatigue in the Souths line and go wide when/if they see it. Otherwise they have to stay disciplined and resolute in sticking to the job of attacking through the middle third. I don't rate many of the Souths pigs but they will be staunch because they will have been Bennetted.
As usual they have to work on the game moments. Defend the negatives and capitalise on the positives.
