Sheens will see his time is up for sure.

I still feel he could be better, but he needs to change his running style.

He can be real damaging in defense when he lunges for the ball.

I think we will be lucky to see Daine Laurie again? I thought he was sent from above, But otherwise probably the best side we could field?

Every league comentator ive heard would have Laurie in there side and id have agree with them. Apart from a bombed try what has he done wrong or worse than any other player in the side to be dropped. Morris must have bombed a 100 tries this year yet he is the first picked. Will we now win just because we drop him ?

If we lose this next game, surely our season is over. That being the case, we should try new things with the team.

Personally I'd like to see Marshall play somewhere out of the halves, like fullback, where he can't be involved in attack all the time.

Throw Ayshford and Moltzen into the halves, Morris in the centres, Laurie to start in the second row alongside Heighington, Ellis at Lock.

I think Ellis should be at Lock, he's too skillfull to be used as a bash and barge type player.

Yep- might as well experiment.

I didn't see the match against Melbourne...however....Laurie has to be there this week. Shames has to give him one more chance to make ammends. Shames has given his favourites plenty of chances.

1. Gallant
2. Tuiaki
3. Moltzen (good hands, speed and vision. Can help wingers see good ball)
4. Lawrence
5. Townie. (who else ?)
6. Lui. (Going great guns)
7. Marshall
8. Gibbs
9. Farah
10. Galloway
11. Ellis
12. Dwyer. (I have only seen this bloke play live once or twice in the lower grades last year. That was enough for me. I wanted this guy in there for a long time. As an ex-centre, tall, fast, good ball skills, good hole runner. Better than we have at the moment)
13. Galea.

14. Halatau.
15. Shirnack
16. Mataka.
17. Laurie.

So many good young-uns and we still still see the same side week in ..week out. Give the youngsters a run you flea !!!

Morris getting his tackle count up from defending in field is a lot different to being a capable defender in the centres. I've never understood that suggestion. On the occasions he has defended two or three in, he ALWAYS rushes up and in. That's fine, but nobody else at the Tigers does, so him doing that creates gaps that opponents can expose. He's also not skilful enough to create anything for his winger and doesn't possess any footwork or speed to exploit his defender one on one. No thanks.

In all honesty, his best position is a Dallas Johnson style lock forward. Makes a couple runs a game when the other forwards are buggered and tackles his butt off around the ruck. I'd be happy with that, provided a few other changes to the pack were made at the same time.
