VB Premier League - Sunday Scores
Sunday, 6th August 2006
The Cougars and Raiders have both taken home the available VB Premier League premiership points from Sundays Round Twenty-Two action.
The Raiders, who hosted the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, continued to send out warning signs to the rest of the competition, as the home team recorded a massive 78 6 victory.
Meanwhile at Telstra Stadium, the Rabbitohs have squandered a 12 0 lead over the St Marys-Penrith Cougars, to lose 54 28.
The result means the Rabbitohs now sit five points out of the top eight and would need to win their remaining matches, and hope a few other results go their way in order to have any chance of making it.
An updated ladder, and full wrap of the weekend results will be posted later today.

Seems all of the Shire teams are in a form slump at the moment... Still it at least now keeps it open for the Knights to still slip in.
