We've really got to quit thinking we can get away with only playing one half of a game of football. The side is good enough that they're scraping few with a lot of wins despite that but its really getting old and it only takes one team like the raiders to actually go all out against us in the second half and we get really exposed.

I have noticed that the Raiders play the high bomb in both grades as their main weapon. On the 5th they put up a high bomb to the right side try line and have chasers running foward onto the standing defence line. They scored against the Jets 3 times by doing this several weeks ago. And saw that their NRL side does the same move REGULARLY on the right hand side.

Did they do the same TACTIC against the TIGERS Brook, and if so did it pay off for them. VERY CURIOUS. Other teams coaches should be prepared for this tactic when they play against the Raiders !!!!!!

I think most clubs use the same game plans for their Premier League and NRL teams.

They do it so that when players get moved up or down a grade they still know the calls and know the general game plan.

Yeah that is true, and I do realise that. But having made the above point, next time you see Canberra play ( Especially at home ) keep a lookout for the bomb in the right corner on attack. See if am I right .......They obviously practice it often at training.

Bears 20 defeated Magpies 18.

It was a thrilling match.

But Russell Smith's poor refereeing spoiled it.

Yeh im going to have to agree with you there Girvie. There were a few pretty stupid calls.

But GO THE BEARS. The game was absolutely awesome and seeing everyone cheering when Daniel Russell kicked the goal and the team getting excited sent chills down my spine!!!

Is John DOYLE back from suspension this weekend Jeffles after the all in brawl with the Sharks at Henson the other weekend. And we will lose another two players thanks to MORLEYS suspension and also another Roosters NRL injury ??!!??

However with Parra's loss to the Tig's we are in equal first, and it's looking like an absolute corker in a few weeks at Henson for the fight for outright first place when we play against them.

Rabbitoh Park is a reference to Souths' proposed move to NSO. Richo wanted to rebrand the place "Rabbitoh Park" since most RL people know it as "Bear Park".
